Welcome to the website of Ryhall Parish Council.
The parish is made up of some 1,600 people from the village of Ryhall and the hamlet of Belmesthorpe in East Rutland.
The Parish Council consists nominally of eleven Councillors who meet every two months in the Village Hall, Church Street, Ryhall. The date and the agenda for the meeting is posted on the notice boards and on the meetings calendar on this website a week in advance.
The council is responsible for, among other things, grass and hedge-cutting, supervising the running of the allotments and playing fields and commenting on planning applications. We encourage members of the public to see the council in action at its meetings. Indeed, it's the best way to find out what we do and each time there is an opportunity in public time to highlight an issue or put a point across. Look in the Meetings Calendar to find when we meet.
